Although I can't actually tell you what I had for tea last night, because Charlotte also fed me some amazing Bourbon Espresso cocktails.
Charlotte makes the cocktails with bourbon, a little drop of Tia Maria, sugar syrup and a double shot of espresso.
She has just told me the bourbon she used was Wild Turkey 81, which is 45% proof. That explains the hangover then. Well, that and the two bottles of rouge we necked afterwards.
Charlotte also just informed me that we had tuna steaks for tea. Who knew?
