Well it's been a gluttonous week but last night was my first cooking evening. Home grown sweetpotato gratin with cream and emertal cheese, tiny sweet cherry tomatoes roasted in balsamic vinegar,green salad with homemade french vinegarette, bbq'd marinated lambchops with rosemary, thyme and lemon, toulouse sausages. For pud Roqueford cheese, pear and grapes. Just hope i manage to squeeze my bottom onto that plane seat!
