Well how'd you top the already michelin star dines we'd already had...?! with mussels followed by rare steak and chips, thats how. This could nudge its way up into death row meal material, a kind of posh surf and turf that ticks all my fave food boxes. All that was missing was a little side of cheddar, mmmmm no wonder my thighs look like a fifty year olds.
