Sundried tomatoes

I began preparation for the big day, that is Christmas number 3 at the twine. And trust me, A LOT of prep needed for such an astonishing event.

The first thing was to make Sundried toms for the rocket and Parmesan salad.

As there's obvs no sun they had to be oven dried but whose being picky?

Chop in half as many toms as you want and season with rosemary, thyme and salt and proper.




Place on a tray and put in the oven in the lowest heat, approx 50 for around 6 hours.

Bring out the oven and place in olive oil.




Season and jar




Voila ingredient number 1- done.
