The Posh Ones - Tuesday Tea



Our resident super chef Iain whips up the Wanless a pretty tasty feast every night

Us, jealous? ......no! 

last night she had - oh you know, just just the average ......

Pan dried duck that had it's skin pierced 50 times with a sharp needle, dried all day with a fan, then roasted. Served with homemade apple sauce ( from their apple tree no less) and roast potatoes cooked in the duck fat and steamed cabbage 

The result: pretty damn tasty




check out the super swanky drying process of the duck.. erm i think thats actually hanging off a cupboard with your ordinary household fan on super speed.. well maybe not so swanky but resourceful nonetheless
