Saturday night- Asian banquet

10/10 - the ultimate! On my arrival up north i requested my big bro cook an Asian feast and it was right up my alls.
Sake and soy steamed clams

Tuna sashimi marinated in soy, wasabi with cucumber, mixed cress, nori and caviar

Fried King prawns with spring onion and wasabi wrapped in nori and fried in sesame oil

Beef steak plant seasoned fillet steak flash fried, with salad dressed with fish sauce and chilli

And finally steamed aged pork loin with ginger, spring onion, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce

Oh and the copious amounts of saki that followed.
