Monday- chicken disappointment
3/10 Ok so I'm not bragging but cooking meat well is my thing. So imagine my disappointment when my roasted chicken with goats cheese and sun dried tomatoes was dryyyyy! Then I did garlic and chilli chargrilled broccoli, which was a faf and had mixed reviews. The only triumphant part of the meal was my roast beetroot, pepper and lambs lettuce salad. Now that worked. All in all not my best by a long way.

5/10. Plus she cooked in the nude for this one. It was a bit odd and potentially unhygienic but I loved it!
