Posh Sausage and Mash. Innit.

The Mills/Davies visited Kozee Kottage for red wine and Sausage Casoulet (just made that up) with Parmesan mash. Yup, that's the way we roll in the Ends. Not just bangers n mash on Antill Road. We leave that to the south Londoners (soz Han).

Start by softening red onion on a frying pan

Add garlic - LOTS. Perhaps not the best dish if you and your partner haven't been together long. Luckily Grace and I have been dating our men (boy, in Peglegs case, he's only young, bless him) a looooonnnnnng time

Then add fresh chilli, chopped tomatoes and red wine as well as any sweet erbs of your choice. Meanwhile brown (braawwn) off your sausages in the oven.

Then put both together in said saucepan for a bit before transferring to the oven.

Grate Parmesan and add to boiled and peeled potatoes with more butter than you think you need

Take sausages out of oven

Arrange on a plate with a green veg of your choice and serve

And voila!! A posh sausage tea that has resulted in Lozza inviting us to theirs on fri night "for something other than burnt pizza". Result!!
Footnote: the pizza was great btw. If only slightly charred on edges. But who's analysing?!
