Sunday lunch at the Talbot

After checking out downies new dalston gaff, where there wasn't a rabbit insight, ok a couple of tortoises but hey ho she loves accommodation with peculiar pets. We headed to the Talbott for a nice Sunday roast.

A commendable bloody Mary.



8/10 a delish roast beef cooked medium rare with excellent yorkshires ( and this is coming from a Born and bread Yorkshire gal)




And fish pie, that Kate pickmyfood Andrews ate in THE most peculiar manner.




Then onto the hoff's (ok it's Hough - but whatevs) Engagement drinks where we were greeted with champers and nibbles. All back in time for The X, now that's how a Sunday should be.
